My Bachelor of Architecture thesis project, focuses on the restoration and revitalization of the historic observatory located in the picturesque town of Kodaikanal. This thesis project focuses on the preservation and adaptive reuse of the observatory, which holds significant cultural and scientific value. The primary objective of my thesis is to develop a sustainable design solution that not only conserves the observatory's Architectural heritage but also re imagines its functionality in a contemporary context.
